Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original Evara gift box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality assurance team inspects the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
